We had a slightly ruder version on one of our forums involving ducks, bread and nails!

Thinking of what we can learn from a customer service point of view:

- never threathen to glue your customer to a tree?
- maybe the stall holder should have incentivised the duck to buy the lemonade with a discount or a free grape with each glass?
- the customer is nearly always always right – but are there exceptions?!
