Thinking of what we can learn from a customer service point of view:
– never threathen to glue your customer to a tree?
– maybe the stall holder should have incentivised the duck to buy the lemonade with a discount or a free grape with each glass?
– the customer is nearly always always right – but are there exceptions?!
I came across this indirectly after hearing that you had won the promotion competition on the Irish Business Womens forum. We had a slightly ruder version on one of our forums involving ducks, bread and nails!
