We are delighted to bring you the very first ‘The Online-Outdoor Family Quiz by PuddleDucks’.  Think of the quiz as an online treasure hunt that the whole family can take together. It is brought to you in association with five of Irelands’s fantastic family parks: Brigit’s Garden, Fota Wildlife Park, Castlecomer Discovery Park, Greenan Farm and Carlingford Adventure Centre. We have 15 super prizes of Family Tickets for the lucky winners.

Just take the quiz with your kids and find the answers online on the website of the five participating centres.

This quiz is part of the Irish Internet Association’s Digitise the Nation event which is all about encouraging people to use the internet in more creative ways.  We hope that with our quiz children can be introduced to the internet in a fun but safe and supervised way.  We also hope that you might learn more about some of the wonderful outdoor attractions available to us in Ireland.

How to Enter:

There are 15 easy questions in the quiz – 3 questions for each of the five websites.

Be prepared!  The quiz will take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete. While the questions are easy, finding the answers does involve searching for the answers on the centres’ websites. You need to complete the quiz to be eligible for a prize.

Rules:

• The closing date for entries is June 7th 2010
• Only one entry per email address please
• All questions must be answered for an entry to be valid
• The winners will be notified by email by June 10th 2010
• As usual, the judge’s decision is final

Prizes:

• Family Tickets are valid for two adults and two children
• Carlingford Prize:  One night family ticket plus activity: this is on a B&B basis in a four bedded ensuite room with one activity included up to the value of €236. Please note activities are only suitable for children 8 years and over
